As a twenty-year+ public school teacher, I have developed ways to accommodate my diverse students, and it can benefit everyone. Come learn how a veteran teacher takes care of her complex outliers while
providing engaging lessons that students enjoy. When we focus on the strengths, interests, and talents of PG
and 2e students, we improve and enhance their learning experiences in school (Baum, Schader, & Owen,
2017). Plus, it's just good teaching! I will provide practical suggestions for all teachers who wish to discover
the strengths of their students and use this information to improve the learning experience for all.
