Dr. Noks Nauta is an M.D. (not practicing) and a psychologist, Ph.D., who specializes since 2000 in gifted adults. She has written many articles and books (one is in English: "Gifted adults, hitting the target", BigBusiness Publishers, 2016). She is the co-founder and honorary board member of the Gifted Adults Foundation in the Netherlands (www.IHBV.nl). She regularly presents at national and international conferences. She is especially interested in gifted adults at work, in highly gifted adults, and gifted seniors. Since 2011 Ido van der Waal (mediator) and Noks Nauta study conflicts of the gifted of all ages to make people aware that conflicts are situations to learn from.
