Dr. Polona Gradišek is an Assistant Professor of Educational Psychology at the Faculty of Education, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. Her research focuses on positive education, particularly the character strengths of student teachers and teachers, their professional development, and the well-being of both teachers and students. She teaches across several pedagogical study programs and actively contributes to the academic community as a member of the national committee for common goals in the revision of curricula for primary schools, grammar and high schools in Slovenia, a member of the editorial boards of international journals and conferences. Dr. Gradišek also serves as the Slovenian representative in the European Network for Positive Psychology.
