Frum is an expert in everything related to learning, behavior, and development. In line with new trends and social innovations, she has developed practical tools and models. These allow innovation and learning to be shaped in a variety of contexts through clear and simple steps. During lectures, workshops, and innovation projects, she inspires participants with her enthusiasm and knowledge that can be directly applied in practice.
In 2006, Frum founded her own primary school in Noordwijk, De Noordwijkse School (General Special Primary School). For De Noordwijkse School, she developed her own educational philosophy, The Noordwijk Method. After two years, there were already waiting lists, and more and more schools were asking Frum to help them innovate with her ideas and methods.
Currently, approximately 30 schools are working with The Noordwijk Method, and a few hundred are incorporating elements of it. The underlying learning principles are also being applied in secondary schools, universities of applied sciences, universities of applied sciences, and businesses. Frum also supervises a diverse range of innovation projects internationally and gives lectures. It's wonderful to see that the universal learning principles on which Frum bases her philosophy and innovation models can be successfully applied both within education and in companies and other institutions.
